How Can I Request a Game or Item That Is Not Listed?
To request a game, game pack, or item that is not currently listed, please submit a support ticket and select “Game Request.”
When submitting your request, please provide the game name and a screenshot of the game or game pack from the App Store or Google Play Store. Include a clear screenshot of the specific game pack or item you are requesting, along with detailed instructions explaining how to locate it.
