Different Types of Order Statuses

Order Status Indicators:

Status	Indicator
Pending Payment	Your order has been placed but payment is still required. Please complete your payment to proceed.
Awaiting Receipt Approval	You submitted a payment receipt and are awaiting approval. Approval may take up to 48 hours depending on the payment option used. Additional delays may occur when different banks or payment providers are involved.
Processing	We have received your order and are waiting for the seller to complete the delivery.
Confirming	You submitted a phone card for TTPC currency recharge. We are confirming the recharge before completing your order.
Top Up Successful	Your phone card top-up was completed successfully. The purchased item or currency has been credited to your game account.
Delivered	Your order was successfully completed and delivered to your game account. For gift card orders, you can view your purchased code on the Order Details page.
Resubmit Information	The account information you provided was incorrect or incomplete. Please resubmit the correct information from your order page.
Verification Timeout	The seller contacted you to complete 2-step verification while your order was processing. The verification was not completed within the required time, so you may need to resubmit your order.
Awaiting Verification	Your order requires KYC verification to confirm ownership of the payment method used. Please complete the required verification to continue.
Canceled	Your order was canceled and will not be completed.
Refunded	Your payment has been refunded to your GG Mobile Gamers balance. The refund to your GG Mobile Gamers balance is immediate.
Failed	Your payment could not be completed because the selected payment method was invalid or unsuccessful.
