For Trinidad & Tobago you also agree that disputes with GG Mobile Gamers must be resolved on an individual basis through final and binding arbitration as described in detail in Section 8 (Dispute Resolution).

  • Gift cards for games and gaming services.

Availability of specific games and gift cards may vary and is not guaranteed.

3. Account Creation

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and account.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

  • All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept various payment methods, which are outlined on our website.

  • All transactions are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise clearly stated in a specific offer or promotion.

5. Game Top-Ups

  • Game top-up services may take some time to process. Processing times can vary depending on the game platform or provider.

  • GG Mobile Gamers is not responsible for delays caused by the game platform, network issues, or maintenance.

  • You must provide accurate and complete account information for the game platform to ensure the top-up is processed correctly. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by you.

6. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions set by the issuing company or platform.

  • GG Mobile Gamers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Please treat gift cards like cash.

  • Gift cards may have expiration dates or usage restrictions. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the issuing company’s terms.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive transactions.

  • Attempting to access the accounts or personal information of other users.

  • Distributing spam, unsolicited communications, or harmful software.

  • Interfering with or disrupting the security, integrity, or performance of our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GG Mobile Gamers is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the services will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GG Mobile Gamers, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Misconduct; Suspension; Payment Restrictions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or restrict or disable access to certain features or payment methods (temporarily or permanently) if you engage in misconduct, including but not limited to abusive or inappropriate language, harassment, threats, hate speech, or other disruptive behavior toward our staff or other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon being posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you must stop using our services.
